Cancellations, Returns and  Refund Policy

We are so sorry if your coffee experience did not meet your expectations. Considering the nature of coffee products, we are unable to accept returns. However, please do let us know what went wrong with your experience and we will be more than happy to engage with you to improve your experience. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We will use the last shipment within the subscription as the cut-off point and refund you the pro-rata amount for the remaining period, if any. 

 

Orders placed can be cancelled with 100% refund only if they have not yet been shipped. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at jdbuticoffee@gmail.com or talk to us at +919920141263.
